The invention provides a dual-motor-driven automatic folding and unfolding tent which comprises tent cloth, six supporting rod assemblies and a dual-motor driving mechanism for driving the six supporting rod assemblies to be folded and unfolded, and each supporting rod assembly comprises an upper supporting rod, a lower supporting rod hinged to the upper supporting rod and a middle supporting rod hinged to the upper supporting rod. An output shaft of the upper motor is fixedly connected with a central through hole of the winding shaft, an output shaft of the lower motor is fixedly connected with the lower end of a lead screw in the lead screw nut mechanism, the upper end of the lead screw is supported on a base outside the winding shaft through a bearing, a steel wire connected with a lower supporting rod is wound on the winding shaft, and a lead screw nut is hinged to a middle supporting rod through a sliding connecting frame. The base is hinged to the upper supporting rod. The tent is simple in structure and convenient to use, the motor lead screw assembly, the reel and the steel wire drive the supporting rod assembly to rotate, the whole tent can be unfolded and folded, the problem that a traditional tent needs to be cooperatively operated by multiple persons when unfolded or folded is solved, and the use scene is widened.
