The invention provides a lock cylinder structure and an intelligent door lock, the lock cylinder structure comprises a lock head, a transmission core, a connecting piece and a transmission tail, the transmission core is rotatably connected to the lock head, the end part of the transmission core is connected with a first pin shaft, one end of the connecting piece is provided with an arc-shaped cavity of which the inner diameter is greater than the diameter of the first pin shaft, and the transmission tail is connected with the transmission core; one end of the connecting piece is provided with an arc-shaped cavity and is sleeved on the first pin shaft through the arc-shaped cavity, the other end of the connecting piece is provided with a second pin shaft, the second pin shaft and the first pin shaft are distributed at an interval, the axes of the second pin shaft and the first pin shaft are vertical to each other, and the transmission tail is rotatably connected on the second pin shaft. The transmission core and the transmission tail are movably connected in a small space, and an output shaft of the driving motor and the transmission core on the lock cylinder are allowed to rotate in an off-axis mode in the installation process, so that the situation that the driving motor cannot be normally unlocked due to poor use conditions such as misaligned installation of the lock and deformation of a door plate is avoided.
