The invention provides a humidification and oxygenation platform suitable for plateau regions, which comprises a platform main body, an air pretreatment device is arranged in the platform main body, the air pretreatment device, a rectifying device and an oxygenation device are communicated with a humidification air supply device, and a water storage device is further arranged in the platform main body. The water storage device, the softening device, the atomization device and the humidification air supply device are sequentially communicated. According to the humidification and oxygenation platform suitable for the plateau area, air is pretreated through the air pretreatment device, nitrogen and oxygen separation is conducted on the pretreated air through the oxygenation device, and oxygen-enriched air is prepared; the softening device is used for softening tap water, and the atomizing device is used for enabling the softened water to form water mist; after oxygen-enriched air and water mist are mixed through the humidification air supply device, the oxygen-enriched air and the water mist are rectified through the rectifying device and then sent out. Through the arrangement, the oxygen content and the air humidity in the classroom in the plateau area can be improved, and the body health and the teaching efficiency of teachers are guaranteed.
