A refrigeration appliance comprises a box body; the door comprises a containing space opened towards the first side and a second side frame located on the first side; the accommodating shell is suitable for forming an accommodating space; the display and/or input unit is suitable for being placed in the containing space from the first side; the handle groove is located in the second side frame and is sunken in the direction away from the first side; wherein the second side frame is provided with a through groove used for containing at least part of the containing shell, at least part of the boundary of the through groove forms an installation face for installation of the containing shell, the through groove partially penetrates through the handle groove, and in the depth direction of the handle groove, the installation face is farther away from the first side than an inlet of the handle groove. According to the scheme, the display and/or input unit can be reliably fixed to the side, where the handle groove is formed, of the door, the texture of the refrigeration appliance can be improved, and a lighter and thinner door body can be obtained.
