The present invention comprises: a drill which forms a perforation part at one end thereof so as to perforate a ceiling made of concrete, thereby ensuring a hole having a predetermined depth for mounting an anchor bolt; an anchor bolt group fixed in a hole formed in a ceiling by the drill bit so as to form a full-thread bolt having a predetermined length on the ceiling; a connecting rod having a predetermined length, one end of which is sequentially provided with a drill bit and an anchor bolt group for fastening the full-thread bolt, so that an operator performing perforating work and anchor bolt group and full-thread bolt installation work does not need to move to a position close to the ceiling; and a drill gun which is formed at the other end of the connecting rod and provides a rotating force and a striking force so as to perform a punching operation and an anchor bolt group and full-thread bolt installation operation on the ground.
