The invention discloses a sliding rail device which comprises at least two sliding rail mechanisms arranged in the vertical direction, each sliding rail mechanism comprises a sliding rail base, a sliding assembly, a linkage structure and a locking assembly, when a user pulls out a certain drawer backwards, the corresponding sliding assembly slides backwards along with the sliding rail base, and the linkage structure is locked through the locking assembly. The corresponding transmission parts move in the direction away from the sliding assemblies, the corresponding linkage structures are driven to move outwards in the vertical direction, the corresponding linkage structures of the other sliding rail mechanisms are driven to move inwards in the vertical direction, and the corresponding locking parts of the other sliding rail mechanisms are switched to the locking state from the unlocking state so that the other sliding assemblies can be prevented from sliding backwards. Therefore, only one drawer of the drawer cabinet is in an open state, the falling risk of the drawer cabinet is reduced, and the safety of a user is improved. The invention further discloses a drawer cabinet adopting the sliding rail device.
