The surface of the wood base material layer is coated with the UV pre-coating primer composite coating and the protective multifunctional composite coating through a UV-3D forward and reverse roller film pressing process; the protective multifunctional composite coating is fully exposed on the surface of the outermost layer of the product so as to obtain the optimal protective effect, and meanwhile, the protective multifunctional composite coating has a coating structure with tight cross-linking and compact structure and paint film hardness, so that the product has excellent protective function characteristics, and the service life of the product is prolonged. It is ensured that the effective component content of the functional layer is not prone to migration or abrasion loss to lose durability, effectiveness and stability; the curing speed is high; the production efficiency is high; environmental protection and safety are realized.
