The invention provides a red brick construction waste-containing fully-recycled semi-rigid road base material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 99 parts of recycled aggregate and 2 to 19 parts of cementing material, the recycled aggregate is composed of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate which are prepared from red brick-containing construction waste; the grain size of the coarse aggregate is 4.75 to 33 mm; the particle size of the fine aggregate is less than 4.75 mm; and the cementing material is cement or consists of fly ash and lime. According to the fully-recycled semi-rigid road base material containing the red brick construction waste, the recycled aggregate produced from the red brick construction waste is adopted as the raw material, the low-quality red brick construction waste is effectively consumed, natural gravel is omitted, the exploitation amount of non-renewable resource natural gravel is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. And the effects of environmental protection and resource saving are achieved.
本发明提供了一种含红砖建筑垃圾全再生半刚性道路基层材料,按照质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备得到:再生骨料80~99份,胶结料2~19份;所述再生骨料由含红砖建筑垃圾制备得到粗骨料和细骨料组成;所述粗骨料的粒径为4.75~33mm;所述细骨料的粒径<4.75mm;所述胶结料为水泥或者由粉煤灰和石灰组成。本发明提供的含红砖建筑垃圾全再生半刚性道路基层材料,采用含红砖建筑垃圾生产的再生骨料作为原料,有效的消纳了低品质的含红砖建筑垃圾,并且省略使用天然砂石,减少了不可再生资源天然砂石的开采量,起到了环境保护与资源节约的作用。
