The invention provides a light weight and strength linkage adjustment method of an all-solid-waste environment-friendly brick, and the environment-friendly brick prepared from solid wastes is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: S1, taking 10-20 parts of corundum, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of mica, 10-20 parts of dimethyl siloxane, 5-15 parts of mortar thickening powder and 5-15 parts of quartz; the composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of refractory fibers, 5-10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 5-15 parts of polypropylene short fibers and 10-20 parts of nano kaolin. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of solid waste solidified soil, 5-15 parts of aggregate, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 5-15 parts of a cementing material, 10-20 parts of an additive and 10-20 parts of water. The prepared all-solid-waste environment-friendly brick can replace a large number of sintered bricks and cement bricks, resource occupation and energy consumption are reduced, carbon dioxide emission is directly reduced, meanwhile, the used raw materials are solid waste, the raw materials are almost free of cost, and the product is low in price and excellent in freezing resistance and carbonization performance.
本发明提供了全固废环保型砖的轻质与强度联动调节方法,所述利用固体废物制备的环保砖的原料按质量份数配比为:S1,取料,刚玉10‑20份,粉煤灰10‑20份,云母20‑30份,二甲基硅氧烷10‑20份,砂浆稠化粉5‑15份,石英5‑15份;耐火纤维5‑15份,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚5‑10份,聚丙烯短纤维5‑15份,纳米高岭土10‑20份;固体废弃物固化土10‑20份,骨料5‑15份,粉煤灰10‑20份,胶凝材料5‑15份,外加剂10‑20份,水10‑20份。本发明制成的全固废环保型砖可以大量替代烧结砖、水泥砖,减少了资源占用和能源消耗,直接减少二氧化碳排放,同时使用原材料为固体废弃物,原材料几乎没有成本,产品价格低廉,抗冻性和碳化性能优异。
