Regulation type vibration isolator
According to the regulation type vibration isolator, due to the fact that the through outer sleeve and the multiple spring assemblies containing the rubber springs are arranged, rigid connection between a ballast bed structure and a base structure can be isolated through the multiple rubber springs, impact energy generated when a train runs is absorbed, and vibration reduction and noise reduction are achieved. The rigidity of the rubber spring is easy to adjust, and the damping device can be suitable for various road sections with different damping requirements. The rubber spring generally has freedom degrees in multiple directions such as the vertical direction, the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the torsion direction, however, in the spring assembly, the rubber spring is arranged in the wrapping structure formed by embedding the upper shell for regulation and the lower shell for regulation, and the transverse and longitudinal freedom degrees of the rubber spring are reasonably restrained through the wrapping structure; the transverse rigidity of the rubber spring is enhanced equivalently, so that the rubber spring can achieve a stable and ideal vibration reduction effect, the rubber spring can be protected, and the service life of the rubber spring is prolonged.
本发明提供一种规制型隔振器,由于具有贯通的外套筒以及多个包含有橡胶弹簧的弹簧组件,因此能够通过多个橡胶弹簧隔断道床结构和基底结构之间的刚性连接,吸收列车运行时的冲击能量,实现减振降噪。橡胶弹簧的刚度易于调节,可适用于多种具有不同减振需要的路段。橡胶弹簧一般具有垂向、横向、纵向、扭转等多个方向的自由度,而在本发明中的弹簧组件中,橡胶弹簧设置在规制用上壳体和规制用下壳体嵌合形成的包覆结构中,通过包覆结构对橡胶弹簧的横向及纵向自由度进行了合理约束,相当于强化了橡胶弹簧的横向刚度,使得橡胶弹簧能起到稳定理想的减振效果,且能够对橡胶弹簧起到保护作用,延长橡胶弹簧的使用寿命。
