The invention provides a rubber crossing plate which is arranged at a railway level crossing, the railway level crossing comprises a sleeper, roadbeds on two sides of the sleeper and two steel rails arranged on the sleeper in parallel, and the rubber crossing plate is characterized by comprising a crossing plate main body which is arranged on the sleeper and comprises a main plate part, two side plate parts and a plurality of groups of connecting assemblies; the crossing anti-vibration pad is arranged between the crossing plate main body and the sleeper, the main plate part is installed between the two steel rails and comprises an upper main plate and a lower main plate, the upper main plate is stacked on the lower main plate and is fixedly connected with the lower main plate through a connecting assembly, and the two side plate parts are installed between the two steel rails and the roadbed on the corresponding side respectively. Each side plate part comprises an upper side plate and a lower side plate, the upper side plates are stacked on the lower side plates and fixedly connected with the lower side plates through connecting assemblies, and the crossing anti-vibration pads are fixedly connected to the surfaces, close to sleepers, of the lower main plate and the lower side plates through fasteners.
