Large-span swivel bridge structure based on self-anchored suspension cable structure and construction method
The invention provides a large-span swivel bridge structure based on a self-anchored suspension cable structure and a construction method, the structure comprises a mother bridge body, the mother bridge body comprises a first pier, a mother tower and a first beam body, the first beam body is fixedly connected to the top end of the first pier, first suspension cable assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the mother tower, and one end of each first suspension cable assembly is fixedly connected with the top of the mother tower; the rotating system comprises a bearing platform, an upper rotating disc and a lower rotating disc, the lower rotating disc is fixedly connected to the top end of the bearing platform, the upper rotating disc is located above the lower rotating disc, the first bridge pier is fixedly connected to the top end of the upper rotating disc, and a rotating assembly is installed between the upper rotating disc and the lower rotating disc. The method comprises the steps of cast-in-place of a lower turntable, erection of an annular slideway and placement of a spherical hinge support; casting an upper turntable in situ, fixing a jack counter-force seat, and placing a supporting foot; building of a first pier, a mother tower and a first beam body is completed, a first main cable is arranged, and a first suspender is tensioned; and rotating the main bridge body structure to a corresponding position. The method is suitable for construction of swivel bridges with various spans, especially large spans.
本发明提供基于自锚式悬索结构的大跨度转体桥结构及施工方法,结构包括:母桥体,母桥体包括第一桥墩、母塔和第一梁体,第一梁体固接在第一桥墩顶端,母塔两侧对称设置有第一悬索组件,第一悬索组件的一端与母塔顶部固接;转体系统,转体系统包括承台、上转盘和下转盘,下转盘固接在承台顶端,上转盘位于下转盘上方,第一桥墩固接在上转盘顶端,上转盘与下转盘之间安装有转动组件。方法包括:现浇下转盘,搭设环形滑道,放置球铰支座;现浇上转盘,固定千斤顶反力座,放置撑脚;完成第一桥墩、母塔、第一梁体的建造,布置第一主缆,张拉第一吊杆;将母桥体结构转动到对应位置。本发明适用于各类跨径,尤其大跨度的转体桥梁施工中。
