The horizontal-pushing turnover type bridging device comprises a bearing vehicle mechanism, a main arm mechanism, an erecting mechanism and an erecting bridge. After the erecting mechanism and the erecting bridge move in place, the auxiliary driving rod is started and pushes the erecting mechanism to swing out, then the erecting bridge is erected through the erecting mechanism, the erecting bridge is detached from the erecting mechanism, after the erecting bridge is used, the erecting bridge is connected with the erecting mechanism, the erecting bridge is retracted through the erecting mechanism, the auxiliary driving rod is started, and then the erecting bridge is erected. The auxiliary driving rod drives the erecting mechanism to retract to the main arm, then the main driving rod is started, the main driving rod drives the main arm to retract to the original position, the main driving rod drives the main arm to move, the gravity center of the main arm is changed accordingly, and the gravity center position of the operation mechanism and the gravity center position of the impact bridge deck can be adjusted. The amphibious vehicle loaded with the main arm mechanism, the erecting mechanism and the erecting bridge is more stable in running stability in water.
