Auxiliary mounting device for wind-resistant support
The wind-resistant support auxiliary mounting device comprises a device support and a device body, a lifting mechanism and a transferring mechanism are arranged at the bottom of the device support, and clamping mechanisms capable of being adjusted in a telescopic mode are symmetrically arranged on the front face, the back face and the two sides of the device body. A plurality of clamping mechanisms capable of being telescopically adjusted are symmetrically arranged in the device body and used for clamping the outer wall of the wind-resistant support, rubber pads with anti-skid grooves are arranged on the front faces of metal clamps of the clamping mechanisms, and the anti-skid grooves are used for increasing friction force between the anti-skid grooves and the outer wall of the support when the support is clamped, so that clamping is firmer; therefore, the wind-resistant support is clamped and fixed at the top of the device. Height adjustment and position movement of the device are achieved by combining a spiral elevator and a rotating wheel at the bottom of the device support, and convenient, efficient and accurate positioning and debugging of the wind-resistant support can be achieved by combining a gradienter and a positioning datum line at the top of the device body with engineering positioning parameters.
本发明公开了一种抗风支座辅助安装装置,包括装置支架和装置主体,所述装置支架的底部设置有升降机构和转运机构,所述装置主体的正面、背面以及两侧对称设置有可伸缩调节的夹持机构。本发明利用在装置主体内部对称设置多个可伸缩调节的夹持机构,用于夹持抗风支座的外壁,夹持机构的金属夹正面设置有带防滑凹槽的橡胶垫,该防滑凹槽用于夹持支座时增大与支座外壁间的摩擦力,使夹持更加紧固,由此将抗风支座夹持固定在装置的顶部。结合装置支架底部的螺旋升降机和转轮,实现了装置高度的调节及位置的移动,依照装置主体顶部的水平仪和定位基准线结合工程定位参数,即可实现抗风支座便捷高效的准确定位与调试。
