The invention relates to the technical field of railway equipment, in particular to a railway obstacle removing device which comprises a collecting box, the collecting box moves on a railway track through moving wheels, a hydraulic push rod is fixed in the collecting box in the left-right horizontal direction, and a piston rod of the hydraulic push rod extends out of the right side face of the collecting box to be connected with a driving motor. A connecting shaft is fixed to the end face of an output shaft of the driving motor, a rotating disc is connected to the outer end face of the connecting shaft, at least four fixing grooves are formed in the outer ring face of the rotating disc, an electric push rod is fixed in each fixing groove, and mounting blocks are mounted on the end faces of piston rods of the at least four electric push rods; a cleaning assembly is detachably mounted on the outer end face of each mounting block. According to the invention, passengers or workers can conveniently take down articles; and when the obstacles falling on the track are waste sundries, the cleaning assembly conveys the cleaned sundries to the conveying and collecting mechanism, and the conveying and collecting mechanism can collect the waste sundries into a collecting box for storage.
