The recoverable anchor cable comprises a cable body, concrete and a yielding anchorage device, and the cable body comprises two or more prestressed tendons distributed in the circumferential direction; the yielding anchorage device is embedded in concrete and is used for anchoring the prestressed tendons; each prestressed tendon sequentially comprises a bearing section, a transition section and a bonding section; the bearing section is anchored on concrete through a yielding anchorage device; the transition section comprises a sleeve wrapping the outer ring of the prestressed tendon, and the outer wall of the sleeve is fixedly connected with concrete; and the prestressed tendons of the bonding section are directly and fixedly connected with the concrete. According to the recoverable anchor cable, the prestressed tendons can be prevented from being broken or falling off, the instant impact force released by the force value of the prestressed tendons is reduced, the instant impact force released by the cohesive force of the prestressed tendons in the recovery process is reduced, and the instant impact force released by the cohesive force of the prestressed tendons is reduced.
