Layered grouting device and grouting method
The layered grouting device comprises a slurry conveying unit and a grouting pipe, a plurality of slurry outlet holes are formed in the side wall of a pipe body of the grouting pipe in the axis direction, and a plurality of layers of clamping rings are arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body of the grouting pipe in the axis direction; the grout conveying unit is selectively fixed to the grouting pipe at all depths based on the clamping ring structure, concrete grout is input into the grouting pipe, and layered grouting is conducted on the to-be-constructed area through the grout outlet holes. According to the device, a clamping ring is reserved for the grouting pipe, the first supporting rod, the second supporting rod, the first supporting disc, the second supporting disc and the grouting ring form an extensible supporting frame, and then the extensible supporting frame is combined with the grouting rubber air bag and the grout conveying pipe, so that the device can be reused, the grouting filling degree of each layer is guaranteed, and the grouting efficiency is improved. And in addition, uneven pressure relief in the grouting process can be effectively limited, and the layered grouting quality is ensured.
本发明公开了一种分层注浆装置及注浆方法,所述分层注浆装置包括:输浆单元和注浆管,所述注浆管管体侧壁沿轴线方向上设有若干出浆孔,且所述注浆管的管体内壁沿轴线方向上设有若干层卡环;所述输浆单元基于卡环结构选择固定于注浆管各深度,并向所述注浆管内输入混凝土浆液,由所述出浆孔实现对待施工区域进行分层注浆。本发明装置通过对注浆管进行预留卡环设计,还有第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆、第一支撑盘、第二支撑盘以及注浆环形成可伸展式支撑框架,再与注浆橡胶气囊和输浆管进行组合,不仅可以实现装置重复利用,保证各分层注浆的充盈度,而且还能有效限制注浆过程中的不均匀泄压,确保分层注浆质量。
