The invention relates to a stirring pile anti-seepage wall structure and a construction method thereof.The anti-seepage wall structure comprises a plurality of unit walls and connecting walls, any unit wall comprises a plurality of foundation piles, the connecting walls are connected between the adjacent unit walls, each connecting wall comprises a plurality of connecting piles, and in any connecting wall, the foundation piles are arranged between the adjacent unit walls. The distribution direction of the connecting piles is parallel to the thickness direction of the unit walls. Under the condition that deviation exists between the adjacent unit walls, the multiple connecting piles distributed in the thickness direction of the unit walls compensate the deviation so as to guarantee the anti-seepage performance of the anti-seepage wall.
