The invention discloses a construction method of an ultra-deep water pile well combined type bridge foundation structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, open caisson assembling units are prefabricated; s2, after a first section of open caisson is formed, the first section of open caisson slides into water and is transported to an offshore assembled wharf in a floating mode; s3, the rest open caisson splicing units are sequentially spliced with the first open caisson section to form an open caisson; s4, a pilot positioning pile is constructed, and the open caisson is transported to the position near the designed position in a floating mode; s5, the open caisson is hoisted and lowered to an implantation bed; s6, underwater concrete is poured into the well wall of the open caisson; s7, bottom sealing concrete is poured into the open caisson; s8, main body pile holes are constructed in the foundation beds at the bottoms of the long cylinders; s9, a reinforcement cage is placed in each main body pile hole, concrete is poured, the corresponding long cylinders are filled with the concrete, and each main body pile is formed; and S10, the construction platform is dismantled in a blocking mode, and the top plate of the open caisson is correspondingly constructed in a following mode one by one. The bridge foundation structure is high in overall performance and high in construction efficiency.
