The invention provides a hanging type concrete rain sewage inspection well and a construction method thereof. The inspection well comprises a well chamber and a heavy-load road, wherein a plurality of well chamber reinforcing steel bars are embedded in the well chamber, the road surface lap joint length is reserved at the top of the well chamber, and the top of each well chamber reinforcing steel bar extends to the position above the well chamber and extends to the periphery of the well chamber; the heavy-load road is arranged above the well chamber, heavy-load road surface reinforcing steel bars are embedded in the heavy-load road, and the heavy-load road surface reinforcing steel bars are in lap joint with the well chamber reinforcing steel bars so that the well chamber can be hung on the heavy-load road. In the well chamber manufacturing process, well chamber steel bars with enough lengths are reserved at the top in the well chamber, the requirement for the overlapping multiple of the steel bars is met, the well chamber steel bars are connected with heavy-load road surface steel bars of the heavy-load road, the well chamber and the heavy-load road surface are connected into a whole, and the well chamber is hung on the heavy-load road surface; and the hidden danger that the well chamber settles due to insufficient soil bearing capacity is effectively avoided.
