The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type anti-seismic buildings, solves the problem of low damping effect in the prior art, and discloses an assembly type self-resetting damping frame structure which comprises a frame body, a plurality of moving seats and a plurality of bases. A reset mechanism enabling the moving seat to have the trend of sliding towards the initial position is arranged between the base and the moving seat, a plurality of buffering discs are rotationally connected to the peripheral side of the base in an array mode, and a plurality of driving shafts corresponding to the buffering discs in position are arranged in the peripheral direction of the moving seat. A transmission mechanism for converting linear motion of the moving seat into rotary motion of the driving shaft is arranged between the moving seat and the driving shaft, the buffer disc comprises a driven shaft, and a torque conversion mechanism for transmitting torque of the driving shaft to the driven shaft through hydraulic force is arranged at one end of the driving shaft. Displacement of the frame body in the horizontal direction can be eliminated through the buffer disc, so that vibration of the frame body is relieved, and the reset mechanism enables the frame body to have the tendency to slide towards the initial position after vibration is relieved.
