Three layers of anti-corrosion paint films are sprayed on the surface of the steel structure, the anti-corrosion effect of the surface of the steel structure is improved, in the construction process of the high rack warehouse steel structure, a material of a traditional steel structure is replaced, the toughness of the whole steel structure is cured, and the steel structure is not prone to damage; and the foundation, the foundation part and the supporting part of the whole steel structure have relatively stable performance, so that the stability performance of the whole high rack warehouse steel structure is better.
本发明公开了一种高架仓库钢结构施工工艺,包括多列等距离分布的H型梁柱,且H型梁柱的顶部均开设有支撑槽,同一列支撑槽的内壁贴合有同一个顶梁架,顶梁架上和支撑槽的底部中间位置均开设有第二预设孔,顶梁架和H型梁柱通过第二预设孔和螺钉固定连接,所述顶梁架上固定安装有等距离分布的脊梁杆,且脊梁杆上开设有等距离分布的第三预设孔。本发明在钢结构表面喷涂三层防腐漆膜,有利于提升钢结构表面的防腐效果,在进行高架仓库钢结构的施工过程中,代替传统钢结构的材料,固化整个钢结构的韧性,保持其不易损坏,并使得整个钢结构的地基、基础部分和支撑部分具有较为稳固的性能,使得整个高架仓库钢结构的稳固性能更好。
