The invention provides a transverse folding integrated slow step ladder which comprises a left vertical plate, a middle vertical plate and a right vertical plate which are parallel and a step pedal installed between the two vertical plates, the step pedal is divided into a left part and a right part, the middle of the step pedal can be folded through hinge connection, and the two ends of the step pedal are hinged to the two adjacent vertical plates to form steps rising step by step; the step pedal on one side of the middle vertical plate leads to the ground, the step pedal on the other side leads to an opening of the shelter, and the step pedals on the two sides are communicated at the opening of the middle vertical plate.
