The invention relates to a reinforcing device, in particular to an outer ring beam formwork reinforcing device. Comprising a door-shaped frame, protruding blocks are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the inner side of the door-shaped frame, and hook parts are arranged on the upper portions of the protruding blocks. The two ring beam formworks are arranged front and back, hook grooves with downward openings are formed in the outer sides of the ring beam formworks, the two protruding blocks are attached to the outer sides of the two ring beam formworks respectively, and the hook parts are inserted into the corresponding hook grooves. The upper portion of the door-shaped frame is vertically connected with a pressing frame in a sliding mode, angle irons are fixed to the front end and the rear end of the lower end of the pressing frame, and the two angle irons are pressed on the upper sides of the two ring beam formworks respectively. A handle is fixed to the upper portion of the pressing frame. The ring beam formwork can be hooked, and the outer ring beam formwork is reinforced.
