The invention discloses a plane protection plate convenient to assemble and disassemble. The plane protection plate comprises an adjustable framework, a panel and a lamp strip. The adjustable framework comprises two frameworks which are in transverse butt joint, each framework comprises a vertical rod and a plurality of transverse rods, the two frameworks are in butt joint through sliding sleeves of the transverse rods, the transverse rods which are in sliding sleeves are fixed through rivets or screws, and connecting blocks are distributed on the portions, not in sliding sleeves, of the upper sides and the lower sides of the front faces of the frameworks. The inner layer of each connecting block is an L-shaped panel clamping groove, the outer layer of each connecting block is an anti-disengaging lamp strip clamping groove, splicing assemblies used for achieving splicing of the adjacent adjustable frameworks are arranged on the side face of the vertical rod, and each splicing assembly is provided with at least two vertical plug pins arranged side by side. The upper and lower edges of the panel are transversely inserted into the panel clamping grooves respectively so as to be mounted on the adjustable framework; the lamp strip is installed on the lamp strip clamping groove along the line. The plane protection plate is convenient to assemble and disassemble, high in bearing capacity and capable of being repeatedly used.
