The invention discloses an intelligent electronic lock, an intelligent electronic lock assembly and a luggage case, the intelligent electronic lock is used for receiving an identity recognition signal and an induction signal, and the intelligent electronic lock comprises a shell, a wireless sensor, a diverter, a microcontroller, a driver and at least one stop piece, the wireless sensor, the diverter, the microcontroller, the driver and the at least one stopper are disposed in the housing. An induction coil of the wireless sensor senses an induction signal to generate an induction current, the wireless sensor receives an identity recognition signal, and the diverter distributes the induction current to the microcontroller and the driver. The microcontroller obtains identity identification information from the identity identification signal, compares the identity identification information with the reference identification information and sends out a control signal. The driver drives the at least one stop piece to move between the locking position and the unlocking position according to the control signal. According to the invention, the intelligent electronic lock can operate without a power supply.
