The invention relates to a multi-water-source water supply method and system and a sprinkling irrigation method and system.The water supply method and system comprise the steps that the flow of a power frequency pump used for an underground water source and the flow of a variable frequency pump used for a non-underground water source are limited according to the maximum flow needed by water supply, and the abundant situation is judged according to comparison between the lowest water level of each water source and the actual water level; the lowest water level is used as a limit value under the condition that one or more water sources are abundant, the water shortage index is obtained through the lowest water level and the actual water level under the condition that all the water sources are lack of water, parallel water supply configuration of the multiple water sources is optimized, use of underground water is reduced, targeted impurity removal can be conducted on all the water sources, and the blocking risk is avoided. According to the sprinkling irrigation method and system, a plurality of parallel branch pipes are divided into a plurality of irrigation groups for sequential sprinkling irrigation according to irrigation requirements and multi-water-source water supply flow configuration, a nozzle valve can select different motion programs according to the terrain of a sprinkling irrigation area to achieve dynamic pressure sprinkling irrigation of a nozzle, and the intelligent irrigation efficiency is effectively improved; the sprinkling irrigation uniformity, the system safety and the utilization rate of agricultural water are considered.
