The invention relates to an automatic oil stain cleaning system and method based on an unmanned sweeper and a vehicle, and the system comprises a grid map module which is used for scanning the whole space to be cleaned and generating a corresponding grid map; the oil stain identification sensor is connected with the grid map module and is used for patrolling according to the grid map, acquiring and analyzing the ground image data information in real time and outputting the relative position data information of the ground oil stain; the path planning module is connected with the grid map module and the oil stain recognition sensor, and is used for acquiring the relative position data information of the ground oil stain, and performing optimal path planning by adopting a harmony search algorithm according to a grid map; and the oil stain sampling module is used for acquiring an oil stain sample. According to the cleaning device, oil stains can be actively recognized and cleaned, the manual labor cost is greatly reduced, different cleaning agent boxes are arranged, different cleaning agents can be released according to different oil stains, and the cleaning effect is further improved.
