Horizontal monitoring and track lifting compensation method for tamping wagon and computer readable storage medium
The invention discloses a tamping wagon level monitoring and track lifting compensation method and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: S10) acquiring signals from a front electronic pendulum, a middle electronic pendulum, a rear electronic pendulum, a left leveling sensor, a right leveling sensor and a measuring wheel; s20) calculating and comparing according to the acquired signal, judging whether the line level exceeds a limit value or not, and outputting a control signal to an electrical control system of the tamping wagon according to a calculation result; and (S30) the tamping wagon electrical control system controls logic to execute track lifting operation and a walking forbidding function after alarming, and alarming information is displayed and sent out according to the output control signal. The method can solve the technical problems that an existing detection method does not achieve comprehensive anomaly analysis and control of the line horizontal condition, walking operation cannot be forbidden when horizontal anomaly is detected, and automatic compensation of track lifting of the tamping wagon cannot be achieved.
