The invention belongs to the technical field of sodium carbonate industrial waste utilization, and relates to an environment-friendly liming treatment process and device, and the process comprises the following steps: feeding calcined limestone into a liming machine for liming treatment; carrying out jigging sorting on impurities separated from the lime slaking machine to respectively obtain low-fire limestone and over-fire limestone; the low-fire limestone is dried by tail gas of a calcining furnace or tedded and aired, is doped into raw materials of the calcining furnace for secondary calcining, and is sent back to the ashing machine for ashing treatment; putting the fired limestone into the digestion pit for aging, so that the fired limestone is fully digested, and collecting the emulsion obtained after digestion into the emulsion at the outlet of the lime melting machine. The device comprises an ash melting machine, a jigging machine and a digestion pit. The technology and the device are simple in structure and convenient to operate, the returned sand discharged by the lime slaking machine can be thoroughly and efficiently treated and utilized, the utilization efficiency of limestone resources is greatly improved, and pollution of a traditional lime slaking technology to the environment is reduced.
