The invention provides a method for preparing a reducing slag treatment material by using electric furnace reducing slag. The reducing slag treatment material takes gamma C2S and/or magnesium-silicon-calcium stone as main components. A method for producing a reduced slag treatment material, which comprises: a component adjustment step for adjusting the component of reduced slag discharged from an electric furnace; and a slow cooling step for producing a reduced slag treatment material that is mainly composed of gammaC2S and/or magnesium-calcium stone using reduced slag. The method comprises: a component adjustment step for adjusting the component of the reduced slag discharged from the electric furnace; and the slow cooling process is used for slowly cooling the reducing slag subjected to component adjustment.
