Novel modified epoxy resin cement-based material crack multi-time self-repairing microcapsule assembly and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a novel modified epoxy resin cement-based material crack multi-time self-repairing microcapsule assembly and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing small-particle-size microcapsules by taking polyphenylene sulfide with a relatively high melting point as a capsule wall and modified epoxy resin as a repairing agent; and then mixing polypropylene wax and Fischer-Tropsch wax with lower melting points to form a capsule wall to coat the small-particle-size microcapsules and the modified epoxy resin to synthesize a microcapsule assembly. When the cement-based material cracks for the first time, the outer capsule wall of the microcapsule assembly is broken, and the modified epoxy resin in the microcapsule assembly flows out and diffuses into the crack to be in contact with a curing agent premixed in the cement-based material, so that the crack is repaired through a curing reaction. And meanwhile, the small-particle-size microcapsules coated on the outer capsule wall of the assembly can flow out along with the modified epoxy resin and are dispersed into the cement-based material. When the cement-based material has cracks again in the later period, the small-particle-size microcapsules at the cracks can be broken to repair the cracks, and therefore multiple times of self-repairing of the cracks is achieved.
本发明涉及一种新型改性环氧树脂水泥基材料裂缝多次自修复微胶囊组装体及其制备方法,本发明首先以熔点较高的聚苯硫醚为囊壁,改性环氧树脂为修复剂制备小粒径微胶囊;然后以熔点较低的聚丙烯蜡和费托蜡混合为囊壁包覆小粒径微胶囊和改性环氧树脂合成微胶囊组装体。当水泥基材料首次开裂时,微胶囊组装体外层囊壁发生破裂,内部的改性环氧树脂流出并扩散到裂缝中,与预拌在水泥基材料中的固化剂接触,发生固化反应使裂缝得到修复。同时,组装体外层囊壁包覆的小粒径微胶囊也会伴随改性环氧树脂流出并分散到水泥基材料中。当水泥基材料后期再度出现裂缝时,裂缝处的小粒径微胶囊会破裂修复裂缝,从而实现了裂缝的多次自修复。
