The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to machine-made sand premixed cement mortar which is prepared from, by weight, 10-20 parts of machine-made sand with the particle size being 5-20 mm, 30-40 parts of machine-made sand with the particle size being 80-120 mm, 20-30 parts of lightweight aggregate, 15-25 parts of ceramic particles, 15-25 parts of MSWI slag, 25-35 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of water, 10-20 parts of viscous materials and 5-10 parts of coloring materials. According to the invention, the machine-made sand is polished and screened, particles, lightweight aggregate, ceramic particles and MSWI slag with proper sizes are selected and are polished and screened, so that the adhesion degree of the mixed cement mortar is improved, the fine density of the mixed mortar is improved, the glossiness of the mortar is improved through the color enhancing material, and different colors can be selected in the color enhancing material according to requirements, so that the color enhancing effect is improved.
