High-strength concrete capable of effectively reducing crack defects and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength concrete capable of effectively reducing crack defects. The high-strength concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of cement, 50-75 parts of pebbles, 65-90 parts of sand, 15-25 parts of water, 20-30 parts of a water reducing agent, 15-20 parts of modified zeolite powder, 15-20 parts of limestone powder and 10-25 parts of epoxy resin. The modified zeolite powder is added into the raw materials, so that the workability of the concrete material can be improved, and the strength of the concrete can be improved; by adding the limestone powder into the raw materials, the discharge of bubbles in concrete can be accelerated, so that the probability that the bubbles appear on the surface of a component is effectively reduced, and by adding the limestone powder, after the concrete is hardened, moisture absorbed by the limestone powder can be slowly released and is used for compensating water for later hydration of the concrete, so that the shrinkage of the concrete is reduced, and the durability is good; the epoxy resin is added into the raw materials, so that the strength and hardness can be improved, the bonding strength is improved, the crack defect is reduced, and the material is more durable and firmer.
