The gypsum plaster board is prepared from dihydrate gypsum prepared from 100 parts by weight of gypsum clinker and 50 to 60 parts by weight of water, 0.3 to 0.6 part by weight of organic silicone oil, 1 to 8 parts by weight of an adsorbent, 0.2 to 1.5 parts by weight of glass fiber, 0.2 to 1 part by weight of modified starch and 0.3 to 1 part by weight of a water reducing agent, the preparation method of the water-resistant gypsum plaster board comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the gypsum clinker, the organic silicone oil, the adsorbent, the glass fiber, the modified starch, the water reducing agent and the water, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 20-60 seconds. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the influence of fluorine on the performance of the silicone oil is reduced, so that the water resistance of the board is better, and meanwhile, the effect of improving the mechanical property is also achieved.
