The invention relates to the field of water reducing agents, and particularly discloses an anti-mud water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to a water-based polyurethane adhesive which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 340-355 parts of polyether monomer, 12-16 parts of H6, 0.6-1 part of vitamin C, 30-40 parts of functional monomer, 2-4 parts of CJ-01, 12-18 parts of H1 and 550-600 parts of water. The functional monomer is a functional monomer formed by esterification of 4-phenyl butanol and metacrylic acid ester under the action of a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor. 4-phenylbutanol and methacrylic acid are subjected to an esterification reaction to obtain a new functional monomer, so that the problem that in the prior art, the selection of functional monomers is few is solved; the effect is unstable, and the performance of the concrete is influenced.
