The invention provides an under-rail backing plate for a turning rail and a rail system. The rail system is provided with a plurality of sleeper rails, a rail bottom support, an under-rail base plate for a turning rail and two steel rails, the under-rail base plate for the turning rail comprises a plate body and a protruding part arranged on one surface of the plate body, and the protruding part comprises a plurality of sets of protruding parts. The multiple sets of protruding parts are distributed from one edge of the plate body to the other edge opposite to the one edge. Meanwhile, the composition raw materials comprise matrix rubber, a filling agent, a silane coupling agent, an active agent, a plasticizer, a pigment, an anti-aging agent, a functional additive, a vulcanizing agent and a vulcanization accelerator. According to the under-rail backing plate for the turning rail, the static rigidity is 40-70 KN/mm, the deformation difference of the two sides is 1.5-2.5 mm, the hardness is 50-80, the deflection angle is 0.5-1.0, the overall deformation difference is 1.0-1.5 mm, and the deflection amount of the installed steel rail is 1-2.7 mm. Therefore, the base plate can be matched according to different curvature radiuses and different turning speeds of different turning rails so as to adapt to different turning scenes.
本发明提供了一种转弯轨道用轨下垫板及轨道系统。轨道系统具有若干个枕轨、轨底托、转弯轨道用轨下垫板以及两条钢轨，其中，转弯轨道用轨下垫板包括板体以及设置在板体一个表面上的突起部，突起部包括多组突起部件，多组突起部件从所述板体的一个边缘分布至与所述一个边缘相对的另一个边缘。同时，组成原料包括：基体橡胶、填充剂、硅烷偶联剂、活性剂、增塑剂、颜料、防老剂、功能助剂、硫化剂以及硫化促进剂。转弯轨道用轨下垫板的静刚度为40‑70KN/mm、两侧变形差为1.5‑2.5mm，硬度为50‑80，偏转角度为0.5‑1.0，整体变形差为1.0‑1.5mm，安装后钢轨偏转量为1‑2.7mm。所以，该垫板能够针对于不同转弯轨道的不同曲率半径以及不同过弯速度来进行匹配，从而适应不同的转弯场景。
