The invention provides a steel spring vibration isolation system which comprises a plurality of roadbed slabs which are sequentially connected end to end, slab bodies of the roadbed slabs are loaded on a base through a plurality of steel spring vibration isolators, rigid connection between a track structure and a base structure is isolated in a point supporting mode, and impact energy generated when a train runs is absorbed through a plurality of steel springs. And the vibration and noise reduction effect of the track is achieved. Furthermore, each steel spring vibration isolator comprises a vertically-through outer sleeve pre-buried in the plate body, a height adjusting gasket, a locking gasket and an elastic element, each elastic element comprises a spring shell, a first steel spring and a second steel spring, the first steel springs and the second steel springs are arranged in the spring shells, and when track construction is conducted, the elastic elements only need to be installed as a whole, so that the construction efficiency is improved. During installation, the elastic element, the height adjusting gasket and the locking gasket are sequentially placed from the upper end opening of the outer sleeve, the elastic element and the height adjusting gasket are rotated to form a supporting structure with the outer sleeve during placing, then the supporting structure and the outer sleeve are fixed through the connecting piece, and therefore construction is convenient, and the construction period is short.
