When the cantilever needs to be braked in the rotating process, the deceleration system can decelerate and stop the wheels, and the locking system can lock the vehicle body at a certain position of the auxiliary track. Longitudinal and transverse weighing counterweight construction links can be omitted, and meanwhile the influence of various external adverse factors on the stability of the bridge body can be resisted.
