The invention relates to a construction method of a variable-diameter splayed steel bar sleeve structure, which comprises the following steps of: pre-burying pre-buried steel bars in a pre-poured concrete bottom plate for connecting an upper-layer prefabricated side wall, and forming a complete rectangular channel after the prefabricated side wall is mounted; a steel bar grouting sleeve with a variable-diameter splayed guide opening section is pre-buried in a side wall component and used for connecting a main steel bar in a prefabricated side wall and a pre-buried steel bar of a pre-poured bottom plate during installation; a grouting branch pipe of the grouting sleeve is omitted, and a grouting inclined hole is formed in the side wall component; after the side wall component is installed, during grouting, grouting materials enter from the grouting inclined holes of the side wall, enter the variable-diameter splayed guide opening section of the sleeve through the horizontal splicing seam and are guided into the grouting anchoring section through the guide opening section, anchoring of the bottom plate embedded steel bars in the sleeve is formed, and butt joint connection of the lower-layer embedded steel bars and steel bars in the upper-layer prefabricated component is achieved. Therefore, splicing connection of the bottom plate and the side walls is achieved, and the whole channel is formed.
本发明涉及变径八字形钢筋套筒结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:在先浇筑的混凝土底板中预埋有预埋钢筋,用于连接上层预制侧墙,预制侧墙安装后,形成完整的矩形渠槽;在侧墙构件中预埋有带有变径八字形引导口段的钢筋灌浆套筒,安装时用于连接预制侧墙中的主钢筋和先浇底板的预埋钢筋;灌浆套筒取消注浆支管,在侧墙构件中设置灌浆斜孔;侧墙构件安装后,灌浆时灌浆料由侧墙的灌浆斜孔进入,经水平拼装缝进入套筒的变径八字形引导口段,经引导口段引导进入灌浆锚固段中,形成底板预埋钢筋在套筒中的锚固,实现下层预埋钢筋和上层预制构件中的钢筋对接连接,从而实现底板与侧墙的拼装连接,形成渠槽整体。
