The invention discloses a waterproof plate, a waterproof structure and an anti-seepage construction method for a reservoir in a freeze-thaw environment. The waterproof plate comprises a base plate and a plurality of strip-shaped protrusions which are arranged on the front face of the base plate at intervals in parallel. The strip-shaped protrusion comprises a first strip-shaped plate and a second strip-shaped plate, one end of the first strip-shaped plate and one end of the second strip-shaped plate are both fixed to the base plate, the other end of the first strip-shaped plate is fixedly connected with the other end of the second strip-shaped plate, and therefore a triangular columnar cavity is defined by the base plate, the first strip-shaped plate and the second strip-shaped plate. A long-strip-shaped groove matched with the strip-shaped protrusions in shape is formed between every two adjacent strip-shaped protrusions. When the waterproof board is used, the first strip-shaped board and the second strip-shaped board form a first waterproof structure, the base board forms a second waterproof structure, and meanwhile, the long-strip-shaped grooves can drain water permeating into the waterproof board, so that the waterproof performance is greatly improved, and the freeze thawing problem caused by water seepage is reduced.
