The invention discloses a building waterproof and heat preservation construction method which comprises the following steps: carrying out gradient detection on a building ground, and then carrying out cement leveling treatment according to a gradient detection result; a coiled material laying device is used for laying waterproof coiled materials on the leveled cement ground and pressing the waterproof coiled materials; laying a thermal insulation layer on the waterproof coiled material layer and pressing the thermal insulation layer; and a concrete protection layer is laid on the surface of the protection layer. According to the waterproof and heat-preservation construction method for the building, due to the fact that the coiled material laying device is adopted, the coiled material can be glued, pasted and flattened when the waterproof coiled material is laid, a leveling procedure can be omitted during waterproof and heat-preservation construction, manpower is saved, and the construction time is shortened.
本发明公开了一种建筑防水与保温施工方法,包括:对建筑地面进行坡度检测,然后根据坡度检测结果进行水泥找平处理;使用卷材铺设装置在找平后的水泥地面上铺设防水卷材并压紧;在防水卷材层上铺设保温层并压紧;在保护层的表面铺设混凝土保护层。本建筑防水与保温施工方法由于采用了本发明的卷材铺设装置,在防水卷材铺设时可以对卷材进行涂胶、粘贴和平整,使得在防水保温施工时,可以节省一道找平工序,不仅节约了人力,而且缩短了施工时间。
