The self-walking anti-falling device for the double-column high pier is arranged on the double-column high pier in a surrounding mode and can move up and down along the double-column high pier, an anti-falling net is arranged on the periphery of the self-walking anti-falling device in a surrounding mode, and the self-walking anti-falling device comprises a first self-walking assembly and a second self-walking assembly which are arranged up and down in a spaced mode; a plurality of jacking pieces are arranged between the first self-walking assembly and the second self-walking assembly; the first self-walking assembly and the second self-walking assembly are the same in structure, the first self-walking assembly comprises a bottom-layer support and a top-layer support, the top-layer support is composed of two sub-supports which are symmetrical to each other, the two sub-supports are symmetrical about a connecting line of middle shafts of two pier columns of the double-column type high pier, and the two sub-supports are horizontally arranged above the top-layer support in a sliding mode. The two sub-supports are connected through a plurality of self-locking pieces. The problems that a large amount of manpower and material resources need to be consumed when an anti-falling net is manually adjusted and fixed, meanwhile, the construction speed is affected, and potential safety hazards exist when the anti-falling net is manually adjusted and fixed are solved.
