The steel structure damage reinforcing device comprises two clamping assemblies used in an assembled mode, each clamping assembly comprises a first reinforcing shell, two second reinforcing shells, two reinforcing adjusting assemblies, a sealing assembly and a plurality of supporting inclined rods, the first reinforcing shell is arranged between the two second reinforcing shells, and the sealing assembly is arranged between the two second reinforcing shells; supporting plates are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the first reinforcing shell correspondingly, a supporting top plate is arranged at one end of the second reinforcing shell, a plurality of supporting inclined rods are evenly arranged between the first reinforcing shell and the second reinforcing shell, and the two ends of each supporting inclined rod are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting plate and the second reinforcing shell correspondingly. Therefore, the damaged part of the steel structure can be wrapped through the two clamping assemblies, high-strength supporting is provided, the structural strength of the damaged part is guaranteed, the reinforcing and adjusting assembly can be used for adjusting the supporting force of all the parts in the later period, and the good reinforcing effect is achieved.
本申请提出一种钢结构损伤加固装置,包括:两组装配使用的夹持组件,每组夹持组件包括:第一加固壳体、两个第二加固壳体、两组加固调节组件、密封组件和多个支撑斜杆,其中,所述第一加固壳体设置在两个所述第二加固壳体中间,所述第一加固壳体上下两端均设置有支撑板,所述第二加固壳体的一端设置有支撑顶板,多个支撑斜杆均匀设置在所述第一加固壳体和所述第二加固壳体之间,每个所述支撑斜杆的两端分别与所述支撑板和所述第二加固壳体固定相连。由此,可通过两组夹持组件将钢结构损伤部位包裹并提供高强度支撑,保证损伤部位的结构强度,并可在后期使用加固调节组件对各部位支撑力度进行调整,具有较好的加固效果。
