Adjustable stair riding track and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses an adjustable stair riding track which comprises stair beams, handrails, pedals and distance adjusting devices, a plurality of stair beam holes are formed in the stair beams, the pedals are installed between the two parallel stair beams, the handrails are arranged on the two parallel stair beams respectively, and at least two distance adjusting devices are further arranged on one stair beam. The distance adjusting device comprises a rotating handle, a distance adjusting lead screw, a positioning block and an amplifying foot. The mounting method comprises the following steps: S1, assembling the distance adjusting device; s2, according to the position of a step formwork of the stair to be cast, the mounting positions of a pedal and a distance adjusting device are determined; s3, the distance adjusting devices and the pedals are installed on the ladder beams according to requirements; and S4, stair reinforcing steel bars are installed, and step formworks are reinforced. The distance between the riding track and the stair reinforcing steel bar and the distance between the riding track and the stair reinforcing steel bar and the distance between the riding track and the stair reinforcing steel bar and the distance between the riding track and the stair formwork can be adjusted according to different step heights and different stair plate thicknesses, and therefore protection of the stair reinforcing steel bar and the stair formwork is achieved, construction quality of cast-in-place stairs can be guaranteed, and convenient passing of personnel can be guaranteed.
