A louver blade replacing device comprises a connecting piece used in cooperation with a blade, the connecting piece comprises two connecting units, when the two connecting units are buckled, at least one part of the blade is clamped, the blade is hung on a stay wire, an open type wire passing groove formed in the stay wire extends to the edge of the blade, a clamping head is arranged on one connecting unit, and the other connecting unit is connected with the clamping head. The other connecting unit is provided with a clamping groove, the two connecting units are connected through buckling of the clamping head and the clamping groove, and the stay wire is sealed in the wire passing groove. According to the invention, the to-be-replaced blades and the connecting units are used as accessories to be arranged in a consumer together, the consumer can replace the damaged blades autonomously in daily life, the louver does not need to be disassembled when the blades are replaced, and the steps are simple and easy to operate.
