The invention relates to a method for inhibiting alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 100-300 parts of aggregate, 5-30 parts of nano cellulose and 25-75 parts of water; s2, adding nano cellulose into the water, and mixing at a low speed to obtain a first mixed solution; s3, adding cement into the first mixed solution obtained in S2, and mixing at a medium speed to obtain a second mixed solution; and S4, adding aggregate into the second mixed solution obtained in S3, and mixing at a variable speed to obtain the concrete for inhibiting alkali-aggregate reaction. By inhibiting the alkali-silicic acid reaction of the concrete, the hydration degree and the compactness degree are improved, the expansion rate of cement mortar is reduced, and the purpose of inhibiting the alkali-aggregate reaction of the concrete is achieved.
