The magnesium phosphate cement-based grouting repair material comprises the following raw materials: magnesium phosphate cement, fine aggregate and a composite reinforcing component, the composite reinforcing component comprises aluminum triphosphate or an aluminum triphosphate modified product and carboxymethyl chitosan. The high-early-strength and ultrahigh-strength concrete repairing and grouting agent has high hour strength and ultrahigh later strength, and meets the repairing and grouting requirements of high-early-strength and ultrahigh-strength concrete; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and high in operability.
