The porcelain gold paste is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 72 to 78 parts of molybdenum powder, 18 to 20 parts of manganese powder, 5 to 8 parts of gold powder with the purity of 99.99 percent or more, 80 to 86 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of Suzhou clay, 1 to 3 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of barium carbonate, 0.3 to 0.6 part of calcium oxide, 0.3 to 0.5 part of zirconium oxide, 0.3 to 0.5 part of titanium dioxide and 16 to 20 parts of binder. The invention further discloses a using method of the porcelain gold paste suitable for the microwave oven. The using method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the porcelain gold paste; s2, preparing a clamp; s3, fixing the ceramic matrix; s4, finishing before processing; and S5, coating the ceramic with the gold paste. According to the gold paste containing gold, the barium carbonate is added, the barium carbonate has the excellent characteristics of high density, high melting point, high refractive index and high chemical stability, and the barium carbonate, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide generate a celsian low-temperature solvent, so that diffusion transition between the gold paste for ceramic and ceramic is enhanced, and the bonding strength between the gold paste for ceramic and ceramic is enhanced.
