Abradable seal coating with low friction coefficient and high volume wear rate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an abradable seal coating with low friction coefficient and high volume wear rate and a preparation method thereof, a Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2-based composite coating is used as a surface coating, and the surface coating and a Si bonding layer on the surface of a ceramic-based composite material are combined together by using a rare earth pyrosilicate intermediate layer; and forming an abradable seal coating composite material structure, so that the abradable seal coating structure comprises a Si bonding layer, a rare earth pyrosilicate middle layer and a Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2-based composite surface layer which are sequentially deposited on the surface of the ceramic-based composite material. The coating designed by the invention has better abradable sealing performance, the hardness and friction coefficient of the coating can be obviously reduced, and the volume wear rate is improved. The problem of mechanical damage caused by mutual friction of parts such as an aero-engine turbine in the service process is hopefully solved, the purpose of gas path sealing of the parts such as the aero-engine turbine can be achieved, the engine efficiency is improved, and the engine oil consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种具有低摩擦系数和高体积磨损率的可磨耗封严涂层及其制备方法,将Y2O3稳定ZrO2基复合涂层作为表面涂层,利用稀土焦硅酸盐中间层将表面涂层和陶瓷基复合材料表面的Si粘结层结合在一起,形成可磨耗封严涂层复合材料结构,使所述可磨耗封严涂层结构包括依次沉积在陶瓷基复合材料表面的Si粘结层、稀土焦硅酸盐中间层以及Y2O3稳定ZrO2基复合面层。本发明所设计的涂层具有较好的可磨耗封严性能,可显著降低涂层的硬度和摩擦系数,提高体积磨损率。有望解决航空发动机涡轮等部件在服役过程中因相互摩擦造成的机械损伤,可以实现航空发动机涡轮等部件气路密封的目标,提高发动机效率,降低发动机油耗。
